LEGAL NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS
By purchasing any product from GATSBY WEARS, the customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding shipping, delivery, return, and refund:

Return Period
Any request for return of goods must be made within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery, as applicable. No return request made after the expiry of this period shall be accepted, unless otherwise required by applicable law. -
Condition of Returned Goods
Returned goods must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and accompanied by the original invoice, receipt, tags, packaging, and accessories, where applicable. -
No Refund for Physical Damage
If, upon inspection, the returned product is found to have any physical damage, including but not limited to tear, cut, stain, scratch, breakage, misuse, alteration, washing damage, missing parts, or any other condition inconsistent with its original sold condition, no refund shall be made and the return shall be rejected. -
Inspection Required
All returned goods shall be subject to inspection and approval by GATSBY WEARS. Submission of a product for return does not automatically create any entitlement to refund or exchange. -
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated only. GATSBY WEARS shall not be liable for delay caused by courier issues, weather conditions, customs procedures, political unrest, transport disruption, public holidays, or any event beyond reasonable control. -
Customer Address Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. GATSBY WEARS shall not be responsible for non-delivery, late delivery, or extra charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address or contact information supplied by the customer. -
Risk on Delivery
Risk of loss, damage, or misplacement shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customer or to the delivery address provided by the customer, subject to applicable law. -
Reporting Shipping Issues
Any complaint regarding wrong item, missing item, damaged parcel, or delivery-related issue must be reported to GATSBY WEARS within [24/48 hours] of delivery with supporting proof. -
Proof of Purchase Required
No return, refund, exchange, or complaint request shall be entertained without valid proof of purchase. Bangladesh’s consumer-complaint guidance specifically says the purchase receipt should be attached with a complaint. -
Applicable Law
This notice shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Nothing in this notice is intended to exclude any non-waivable statutory right available to a consumer under applicable law. Customers in Bangladesh may also raise complaints with the National Directorate of Consumer Rights Protection, which publishes complaint channels including hotline 16121.
By placing an order, accepting delivery, or purchasing from GATSBY WEARS, the customer is deemed to have accepted this Legal Notice in full.
